This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Mythkit website or play the Mythkit Android game. The game displays ads through Google AdMob. We will keep this policy current as the game and its features change.
Informational website
The website does not have visitor accounts, contact or sign-up forms, comments, or other features that ask you to submit personal information. Its code does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies, and does not save visitor information in your browser. Its scripts only display the site’s artwork, filter the Mythkit forms shown on the page, control the mobile navigation, and show the current year.
Like any website, the server and hosting provider must handle a connection to send you the pages and files you request. The host may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details, and request time, in server logs for delivery, security, or operations. Mythkit’s website code does not receive or use those logs. Check with the site operator or hosting provider for their practices and retention period.
Android game and AdMob ads
The Android game uses Google’s Mobile Ads SDK to request and display ads through AdMob. The SDK collects and shares the following data for these purposes:
- Your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location, for advertising and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
- Ad interactions, such as ad views, taps, and video views, for advertising and analytics.
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy use, for analytics and fraud prevention.
- The App Set ID, a device or app identifier, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
The game does not collect or send the Android Advertising ID. AdMob data is encrypted in transit. Google may use the data to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, and prevent fraud, and may share it with advertising partners and service providers. Google’s AdMob data disclosure describes the SDK’s data handling.
All ad requests are child-directed, limited to G-rated ad content, and non-personalized. Ads may link to services with their own privacy policies.
Game progress and settings are saved on your device and are not sent to Mythkit servers. The game has no accounts, cloud saves, analytics, or third-party SDKs other than AdMob. We may receive reports about ad delivery and performance through AdMob.
Retention and privacy requests
AdMob data is not processed ephemerally. Google determines how long it retains that information. Because the game has no account and sends no game saves to Mythkit, we have no server-side game profile to retrieve or delete. You can erase game saves by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the game. For requests about information Google processes for ads, use Google’s privacy controls.
